Just completed reading Dan Brown's Novel " Deception Point" .
Must say it's pretty similar to his earlier novels . Starts slow, then builds some interest in the middle and then suddenly comes to an abrupt end. The end is so abrupt that it seems Dan Brown was told about the number of pages he had to have in this book. While creating the suspense plot and all, he probably forgot to keep track of it , untill he came to remember when there was just 40 pages or so left. So obviously he had to end it all in a hurry.
What is so bad about the ending is that he justifies whatever he writes. Whole book you read about something and in the end he justifies by writing the opposite. The most irritating character is of Gabrielle Ashe , who throughout the book has no idea what Politics is. If she joined politics , that too US and hoped of making it BIG, was she a fool to even think that everything is crystal clear , no murky deals and all....Brown mentions in the start that the technologies exist for real, I however doubt his claims as there are so many things mentioned that it's impossible everything does exist.
C'mon Brown, we expect a far better plot from you.
